+Best for Shooters
+most people online
+cheaper
+most violent games
+frequent game releases
+Halo
-Frequently defective
-Pay to use online
-Poor backwards compatability
-Poor customer service

Not exactly sure what you are trying to say because this is not really features. I would think that features would be stuff like streaming music/movies, etc.
I agree with some of your +'s points.
The Wii is even cheaper
All shooters are violent and most games are available agross all the platforms
What's Halo?
Frequently defective: Very true but then with my newer consoles I've not had any problems (I am hugging a tree while typing this
) I would like to think that M$ have worked on the problems...
Pay for online use: Personally I do not mind paying for Live as I think it's a great service.
Backwards compatability: Not an issue for me. Why would I want to play the old Xbox games when there are so many great next gen titles to choose from?
Customer service: Maybe I am just lucky but I've never had real issues with bad customer servic.
