Robin Hoods Playground

So i got this console back from M$ repair center. I opened it up and BOOM! 93450C september lite on! I did some research but i have conflicting results. Some say it is 100% unflashable some say is a try and see. I don't know what to do. Anyone out there has tried to dump and flash one of these?

Its unflashable right now... Its only 2 months old, and with the current wave 4 (and now 5) plus the ban wave, development on the drive has pretty much gone by the wayside for now.
