had some1 flash it for e, bought the kit and want to try it myself...

did look at the site and found no "support" sections... u know, places we
beg ppl to help us fix our problems, and there never found a tutorial
about how to backup your flashed firmware to the original!!!!! I find that somehow funny :p

I think ppl get the idea and my problem.. although some1 told me that lite-on has no going back... to original!

and, it really is unnecessary to talk about how good this site is, coz:

Anyways, with a lite-on there is no original FW to go back to, so you cannot restore it...

just fried my dvd rom, have the key though :/ ... also according to ppl, just need a key and
any dvd rom will work!!!

Not the place for this but yes you can spoof any drive as a lite-on and will work in your console as long as you have the key.
