Alright to make a VERY complex situation short I want to flash a drive so it "Won't" read Discs correctly (thus showing like a DvD error) and still be able to revert the drive back to stock.
I'm more than likely going to use Jungleflasher, i'm not 100% sure on the drive yet.
Im just wondering if this is possible. Thanks!

Lets just say its a long story...
I was thinking of using a wrong key so it wouldnt play any disks while then reflashing it with the origonal firmware.
Can anyone correct me if im wrong?

If its a lite-on drive, just erase it... Then use dosflash to flash FW back to the drive.
You can also change the key, as that will cause it to not be able to play games... If you remove the laser from the drive it will be unable to read/play anything and you wont have to mess with FW, all you need to do is remove some screws, pull a ribbon cable or 2 out, and your done...
