I just tried loading my profile and it says it has been corrupted, I got banned a few weeks ago, bought a new 360 and used the same HD with no problems just tried to play some MW2 and it says profile corrupted. Anyone know whats up? havent gotten an email from MS either? Is my HD now corrupted?

When your xbox gets banned, all the profiles on it get corrupted and you cannot use it to earn achievements either. Recover your gamertag on an unbanned console.

So does anyone know a way to get around this so I can keep earning achievments?

There is a way around this actually. You can dump the NAND chip and restore one of the earlier version of what ever is needed to authorize the hard drive. You can also dump the corrupted profile from the hard drive, the saves too, when you are done and patch those. Then you can write all that back to the hard drive. The only thing still missing will be Live.

I haven't uncrippled by box yet, so I'm taking a little shortcut. I'm going to get the profile from the drive, fix it, and write it to another unbanned console's drive.
