I then put that as the source and also placed the ixtreme LT as the target, and spoofed and everything seemed ok, the key was identical so it went well. So after that i unplugged the old drive...

in jungle flasher open the old benq firmware as source, benq ixtreme LT as target, click spoof source to target then flash the drive like normal :) Sorry once again im noob and I dont want to screw this up, just to clarify I open JungleFlasher and in the Firmwaretool 32 tab I do as mentioned above....
