so i flashed benq's previously.... this one i just got done flashing with jf got the Old FW and the new hacked fw.. everythin in jf seemed to work properly.. put the xbox back together turned it on and boom one red ring and said error e68?... any clue on how to fix this?

i did it with jungleflash... froze on lite-on erase... then i followed your tutorial completely with iprep.. and worked perfectly i did 2 of them like that and flashed both very easily

yesturday i was doing 2 lite-ons... and yep like normal froze on lite-on erase.... i just continued with iprep and worked perfectly.... y do some people say it has problemS?:

well when i hit lite-on-erase it prompts then i power cycle and it freezes sometimes... i did 3.. 2 of them froze and i used i prep when i did the 1.5 and one of them went smoothly.... on the one the went smoothly i power cycled after waiting a second and didnt power cycle as fast as the other 2 tha...

if you use a molex cable to power up the xbox do you still need to use a serial cable or... do they do the same thing? also whats better to use the molex or the serial cable? i have my via drivers installed and portio drivers installed

if a lite-on was to freeze when clikc lite on erase can u use iprep 08 with the new definitions and do the same like cofree vid to get it back up and runnin? or is it diff since its a flashed 1.5 liteon?

so you think, it started freezing because i had the dvd drived closed when i first powered up with my xtractor? ... and i did try using slax but that didnt even ever give me the spinnin up disc message

yeah i dont know this is a wierd prob.... not sure how to fix..

yeah thanks a lot cofree for the responce.. its a little wierd how my windows would freeze up just by switching to a 79 drive ... not sure but yeah hopefully someone can help me out...

also cofree, are you going to be making videos for updating/installin new fw on liteon/benq/sammy?

not sure if this is the right section to post for help... but id firts want to thank you cofree for those vid tutorials, they are great and they helped me flash all my drives..... now with 1.51 out i have had an issue... so far i tried updating a hitachi 47 and a 79... im using xtractor to power on ...
