that seems to be working now but when i put the spear in the r707 hole i get no lights on the spear..its ok all done flashed drive and working perfectly...

just one problem on my pc the raid controller everytime i boot windows it keeps asking me to install the drivers.. what do i do

i just run jungleflasher and it was ok it found the xbox lite-on drive now when i pressed the eject then turned the drive off and closed the drive half way then turned the drive back on jungleflasher cant detect the drive.. i just closed jungleflasher closed the dvd tray run jungleflasher and it fin...

ive just did a serch for raid

would this cause a problem..

i aint sure what sort of via card i have..just found out what i have its a via raid controller 3249

its showing in the picture its showing with no exclamation mark..

ive setup all the cables to read the key from the xbox drive bus as i rebooted i get a new hardware found for my raid controller.. is this normal with the raid/sata card work.. or has something gone wrong went i put the portIO32 drivers on

sorry for all these questions i just want to make sure i do it right.. should it be ok to use jungleflasher to read the key or should i use the xtractor reader.. i plan on flashing the drive once i have the key with jungle flasher.. and ive seen jungle flasher read keys also..

ohh ok thanx.. lol wish they made these guides newb proof then i wouldn't be asking all these questions

just a quick question i have a via raid sata card and i followed a tutorial on removing the drivers from the windows\drivers folder and i uninstalled the drivers from the device manager and then rebooted and installed the portio32 drivers but now i get the yellow exclamation mark for the scsi/ raid ...

ive looked at them and they aint any good to me they dont explain how to fit the cables they only explain how to extract the key.. its the first time i am doing this, so i need to be certain i am putting cables in the right way as i dont want to ruin the boar or the drive..

hey thanx for your reply.. i noticed on that cable that it has notches on the side and it can only fit the board one way so i assume that it will fit the drive only one way too... its the cable that goes from the board to the pc.. the molex female cable from pc to the xtractor board.. also the spear...

i bought a maximus xtractor with spear and just wondering if the same tutorials apply to the ck3 tutorials.. also if anyone has any good sites with images.. i have no knowledge of what wire goes where and what way round especially as the maximus has different coloured cable that supposed to fit on t...
