Is there a way to look at the file b4 burning it and tell what region it is?

Would they ban you for just trying to load a game from another region?

I burned a copy of ace combat 6, my 360 sees it as AC6 but says it is not the correct region. Can I fix the file so it will work and burn a new disc? or does that mean it is PAL?
