wrong region

I burned a copy of ace combat 6, my 360 sees it as AC6 but says it is not the correct region. Can I fix the file so it will work and burn a new disc? or does that mean it is PAL?

nope as far as i know you cant
i would trash it.
then just make sure to get the right game next time.
i should hope you did not have the console hooked to live.
the console could log that a pal(or other) game attempted to boot.

before you get it most of the time it says what region it is from
im assuming you downloaded the game.

Yes. You can check the region settings of an image before you burn it. Just snag a copy of the latest version of Xbox Backup Creator (2.5.0.256) and run it. Click the image tools tab and then click the get region button. Select the iso that you want to check and it will scan it and then tell you what region it is. If your machine is NTSC, it will only play NTSC and region free games, no pal games will boot. Unfortunately, we can't force the 360 to play games that are set to other regions at the moment either.
