kreon firmware is in the dvd drive that would/should be in your computer to dump a orig game.
if you use xbc to dump the game you should have all the stealth file in the iso and it should be fine to burn.
if you burn with the dvd file that is the layer break.

if you got the iso from some where else then there is no telling if the iso is good or not.

if xbc gives you all green when you do a image check on the iso then
i guess its good.

on a DL dvd disc the layer break is the point when the writing starts on the 2nd layer
the 1st layer writes to 1913759 and the 2nd layer starts from there.

as long as you dumped the game your self then yes the iso is a safe as it can be.
if you got the iso some how (download) then there is no tell if it is safe or not.
