playing on xbox live

I flashed my 360 about 6 months ago and havnt updated it at all since it plays my backups fine. With an out of date flash, can i play my original games on xbox live without worry, or do i still have a risk of getting banned?

you need to be running the latest ixtreme firmware.
the 1.4 is the firmware you need to be running.
just hit xbins and get the latest one for your dvd drive.
if you are running a benq then you would want 1.41 firmware.

i would not go on live without the latest firmware in your dvd drive.
