ok i modded my 360 i play backups but not on live is there still a chance i can get banned even i dont play live if so explain plz thanx

yes there is still a chance you could be banned when/if you get on live.
most of us believe that the 360 will log a error if you play a bad backup.once that has happened the next time you hook to live your 360 will report the log it has made and bang,your banned.

the best thing you can do is make sure all your backups are done right and never download any thing.
