Issues playing Backup???Ixtreme 1.4

Just recently flashed my drive and everything went good, including the keys. Well i flashed it with ixtreme 12x and the

problem is that it reads all originals but one or two backups are having problems. Such as Madden 09 sometimes it reads

sometimes it don't. If there is no problem reading the oringials i guess there is nothing wrong with the internal of the

drive. Can it be a scratched game that it read of? aslo wanted to if i was to brick my drive can i get a new drive and

replace the board with the original?

Backup Creator Settings: Set speed is 4X and write speed is 2x

not sure what that is about,but if you got a good dump of the game then the iso should be fine.

it looks like you are doing right
dump slow 4x
burn slow 2.4x (or slower)
good DL disc

about the only thing i could think would be your burner.
there is a chance its your laser in the dvd drive (older hit dvd drive are starting to give trouble).backup disc are harder to read and always is the first thing to go.

as long as you get the same dvd drive you can do that,but i find its just as easy to just flash the new dvd drive with the hacked firmware.
if its a different dvd drive then not you cant you have to spoof the firmware so it will report as the old dvd drive that was in your console.
