No solder solution for Lite-ons?

I read a post over at Team-Xecuter that says a no solder solution will be released next week. It doesn't give any details as to what this solution will be, just that it will be released next week.

hmm i dunno but will it be software based ? or will you have to buy something from them ?

and this would be just to spoof in another drive since the liteon can't be flashd with ixtreme right ?

we dont know whats in store for the lite-on.

yea i hope this ends up being really good for the lite, and maybe even that new chip might prove useful in other areas.

I personally think it will be something like the "spear" like for Maximus's xtractor as far as the no solder solution goes.

In regards to the lite-on, I've read several reports that ixtreme 1.5 will have a flash for the lite-on as well as better spoofing capabilities, but the sources of where I've read that, I take with a grain of salt. We'll just have to wait and see.
