How many threads have you created about this? Anyways, you don't get banned for playing a game early, especially if it's a copy of a retail disc (check when the game went Gold). There is frankly no evidence to support the idea that people are being banned due to playing a game before its retail date. As many of the posts here all ready state, the most commonly accepted notion of why people are being banned is the possibility of bad rips/images/games being played on LIVE. If you have the latest iXtreme firmware, it doesn't matter if the Kreon rip is bad because the firmware automatically adjusts the angle for you. Also, If the game passes in Mulleter and/or ABGX then theoretically it should be good to go but your best defense is to make the backups yourself. That way you can eliminate the possibility of a bad rip and not fall into the trap which it seems so many others have. Your brother's console, I believe, will only be banned if he plays the same discs that you did (but honestly it's just speculation -- nobody truly knows how Microsoft's detection operates). If you do a bit of research you'll find that even people with non-modded consoles have been banned and others who have a flashed console but have not played games in weeks are falling victim to the hammer. Just light some candles, get out the Ouija board, and ask that pertinent question, "Will my little brother be banned?"

Do you guys feel confident and still go on xbox live during the time when M$ are banning people

I look at each banning and see what is going on with that ban wave.The staff and I came to the conclusion (after much reading) that this ban is from bad iso being played.
most (should be all) of the member here at RHPG make our own backup from a orig game.
so YES in this ONE instance we have not even slowed down on our play on live.

yea i dont even go on live but i think id be safe since i make all my backups from originals an make sure they are good rips.

anyway i just follow what cofree and sad an other admins top members say.

Yes. You need to check all the security sectors. If any part of the image is not right, that can get you banned.
