Help flashing benq

Hey sorry I havent been on but I got a new motherboard. Its a mcp chipset and this guy on this site said that he flashed 2 benq drives perfectly with his same motherboard as i got and was wondering if someone can help me out on flashing. Also I know 1.5 just came out and was wondering if you can help me use that. Please aim me at xTKMxCaboose

all i use is the via6421a or l chipset sorry man.
