Benq Flash Problem and Questions

Well lets see...First i had trouble flashing the drive...Everytime when i tried to flash the drive it gave me a error: flash file not presented...Now when i went onto the floppy to see whats going on with it...I open up the cfw folder and took it out so that way it wont be in a folder but it will be on the floppy as is then i went back to flash and write it worked!!!! Does this mean a good thing? Did i do it correctly..It seems i did? anyone?

Question 1:Are there ways to avoid getting banned?like stealth games right?and is it a plus if i put the burn game onto hard drive then play it from there?Will i still get banned if i just flashed it but play my orignal xbox 360 games????

Question 2: what DVD+R dl are suggested for the games? it seems to me alot of people prefer verbatim but it seems a bit too much for me right now? can anyone suggest so i can buy it from like bestbuy or walmart or staples? how bout memorex or something that good but cheaper pleasssssssssssssssssssseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Question 3: after i dl a xbox 360 demo and burn it to a dvd+R it work fine now when i was done and pop in a xbox 360 game it read as play dvd??? then i open the drive and closed it again and then the game read? it always do this after i play the demo i burnt? is this normal or bad?

as of now as long as you dump your orig game right
you should be fine on live.it will have all the stealth file in the dump.
if you mod your console you can be banned for it.
