making usb boot

well ive done this before with a 512mb usb boot, and everythings been fine, i was just wondering, since i lost my 512mb card, i only have a 8gb usb boot and an error always pops up will using iprep, is there anyway around this?

you should stay under 2gb.
i think you can go up to 4gb but i have never tried one that big.
stay under 2gb and you should be fine.
