IXtreme 1.51 and Jungleflasher 1.51

>> TEAM JUNGLE Presents IXtreme 1.51 firmware for all drives & JungleFlasher(info) 1.51...
IXtreme 1.51 Features:
Wave X support
Support of future Waves of X360 game disc structures. New partition sizes and video data will be automatically supported and will be allowed to boot.
This represents a possibility of booting a bad backup but now that there is some good tools out there (like abgx360) to check your backups before you boot them, the risk is small.

So please check your backups to ensure consistency with the original!

Full support to flash all drives in the new Jungleflasher (0.1.51) including easy upgrade for Liteon iX1.5 drives (WIll get all info inc key from drive over SATA)

JungleFlasher 1.51 Features:
We have probably added or changed alot more but this is what we could remember.
Full Hitachi Support
- Added portIO communications for those with via drivers
- Still requires mode-b but drivers aren't needed anymore or drive letter in windows for drive
- Win API mode for all options if you dont want to use portIO ( fast as hell )
- Restore firmware = will do just that, as safely as possible
- All previous f/w's have been considered, so restore is as safe as we can make it
- Once drive is restored can be modified to ix 1.51
- Flash iXtreme.. auto-dump/auto-save/auto-add-ixtreme/auto-compare/auto-flash (need to have stock or restored fw first)
- Functions addde to Spoof, change Key, set checksum
- Free flash option is available for advance users which lets you do what you like ( warnings in place )
- Drive refresh includes "Scan for Hardware Changes" to find new hitachi's in windows
- Remove button to remove hitachi safely from windows.
- Auto-detect of hitachi rev from Inquiry..
- 79 unlock option works in PortIO and Win API mode

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Let me take just a sec to say
thanks to all that have made this possible

I've been in the modding scene for quite a while now and I have much respect for everyone involved with all aspects of the modding scene. Developers, testers and all that. I especially have the utmost respect for C4E and Team Jungle for all they have done with the 360 scene. Kudo's guys!!

Thanks to these guys who do it and share the knowledge. They could just harness the knowledge and keep it to themselves. Awesome, 3 x more Awesome. C4EVA 4'Eva I also appreciate the very helpful vids on this site. If it was not for that Liteon vid to fix the freeze problem I got, Christmas would have sucked. Thanks out to everyone for their valuable time that they use to share with others.

I have a just a few questions ... hey where would you be without me keepin you on your toes lol -

Q 1. my mate managed to read his keys with the old jungleflasher and spoof it to a sammy drive but the Liteon was a right off so here is my question as his keys where spoofed into a sammy firmware an drive how would he go about up-dating his samsung drive to the new firmware as i think it stated you need original but the poor fool has taken it for granted that just because his drive (samsung) had been flashed he did not take my advice to save his original bin files.

NO offence intended here but I have never had any luck flashing my Liteons with the jungle flasher's (past ones anyway) ((not tried this one as yet but will wait for the Jedi Master CoFree's help if he is going to do a vid tutorial)) so could I just use it to attach a probe an read the keys then as I did before put the keys into a backups folder in iprep and run through the flash with the latest iprep ??

Q 2. the last time my friend used mulleter it showed the files missing in a rip of his game so now he has the ixtreme 1.51 as I understand it will play the game but what about the files that where not seen in mulleter will he be safe if he was to by mistake have that in his 360 an by accident signed into xbox live would it lead to a ban ??

thank you for your help - and a massive thank you to the creators of the new firmware and jungleflasher

that program is out of date and not to be trusted anyway.

you need to dummy file from the lite-on.if you dont have that and can not get it from the lite-on drive
that samsung will not have all the ser info it need and will be more likely to get banned from live.

Thanks for the GREAT info. as others I have had no luck with jungle flasher. iprep all the way but i do have a question. I noticed that i cant use 360 firmware toolbox for the Hitachi flash. but i did find that if i use the recover orig firmware option in 4.8 and place the firmware pack in the orig_firmware file.(replace the old bin files with the new pack) it will restore to ixtreme 1.51. seems like more work but it is working for me. Successfully flashed 3 Hitachi 79 drives last night. If anyone else has any suggestions?? Thanks!!
