Plz nothing unnecessary I would prefer yo use the power supply from the xbox and the xbox to eject, also I don't wanna solder too so i think i want the prob

Your going to need some sort of ttl converter. This means a serial connection. Whether it's a DIY model or similar from ebay, a maximux xtractor or a CK3.
If you go with a DIY or similar from ebay, you'll need a RS232 cable, DB9 with a male connector on one end and a female on the other, you'll also need a DB9 serial port on your computer. The same holds true for a CK3 lite.
If you opt for a CK3 pro or maximus xtractor, then you can use the USB cable that it comes with to use jungleflasher in windows. These devices will also power the drive so you won't have to use the 360 as the power supply. You can also get a probe or spear to use with these devices to where you don't have to solder the R707 point as well.
