not that i give a crap what you do,but you never know who will be looking in.
keep in mind this is a open board.
I mean for 'demo' purposes, of course I would buy it ;) ;)

yea,yea

any way
we think itis the backup that is done wrong that will get you banned,no the firmware.
most of us think the console will log a bad game and when you go back on live or they hit the button
then bang your banned.

I swear, some of you people are lucky I don't admin this site.

The RULES are at the TOP OF THE DAMN BOARD INDEX.

P.S. If you slip up, don't try to retract or justify your statement. It only makes it worse.

End of rant, going to play some COD.

i believe that M$ does that very thing.
They release a torrent file of a 360 game iso
that has some "tag" in it that they will see.
and they know that it is playing on a modded console.
then bag your banned.

that is the way i would do it.
I have had the same theory exactly for a while now although people want to disagree with me by getting all technical about specific console and game aspects, Another theory that I am almost 95% sure of is the onboard flash logging the time stamp you play a game and if it is 3 weeks before the release date you are probably going to catch some flack and a ban. Another thing to note just out of my own mere curiosity now, is I have an older 1 year old ben q with 1.4 on it mainly i only play cod online but i have still put quite a few games through it and have not had 1 problem with xbl to date granted I don't plan on playing mlb 2k9 either. I am debating on whether to update or keep feeding my curiosity though.

I have 2 360's one flashed and one unflashed. i picked one up for ten bucks with rrod fixed it and plan on playing backups on live just to see how long..................I mean nothing lasts forever! The other is sealed in box just itching to be played with originals if or when a ban happens. Just like the boy scouts say "Be prepared." Hey that is just my 2 cents site is awesome and everyone is willing to help=Hard to find.....Thanks a million
