Three? questions?

Post by ohnoacucumber »

Hey guys, I have three questions =P. 1st off I am using iprep version 6.2 and when i hit "Load Samsung Firmware" and go to my ixtreme 1.51 and i it open i get an error saying "NO Valid firmware" what could cause this? My 2nd is that for an answer to my 1st question people have said " Oh, just update the idef file or w.e it is and that will fix it" and i do that and i get nothing but a bunch of errors everytime i do anything in the iprep menu in windows. like the .exe not dos.. My 3rd is that i have tried using the 1.51 ixtreme i got from the xbins downloader and thats the one that is giving me errors i have also tried loading it into a different version of iprep and same thing. I'm having a ton of trouble finding a download link for 1.51 i have tried the xbins site and I click on "ixtreme 1.51" and it takes me to a page of info and no download link. If you have any thoughts or advice please reply. Thanks

ok first use iPrep 8.8 its solid and 6.2 is NOT supported anymore...most people get the errors you get including me thats why i am suggesting to use v8.8. next to get the firmware use xbins auto downloader and download the FW.

if you dont have it already heres the link.
