Weird Situation with Benq

I am trying to flash my benq but my problem is that it stops at reading bank 0.
It actually is not stuck, but it just takes incredibly long time to read. I think it takes about 8 hours to go to next "Reading Bank" I didn't have enough time to test if it will actually finish, but this seems just too weird.
What could be the problem?
I tried with dosflash (all versions 16 & 32) as well as iprep. on four different computers.
Same problem - insane long reading bank.

I have via 7421 chipset and everything seems to work fine. (drive is in recovery mode and sata is connected to primary master)

Any suggestions?

if you do wait for the dump i would not trust it for flashing the drive.
