Jungle Flasher (Dummy from iXtreme)

Post by fabzster »

Hi PPLE

Looks like I just made a massive paper weight out of a console.......

I wanted to flash a samsung drive that currently had ver 1.5 to 1.51, I thought I would be clever and click Dummy from iXtreme
to get the key (Not thinking maybe this is only for LiteOn Drives) It gave me a key, I did this several times and got the same serial. I then proceded to create the hacked firmware and without reading the current firmware, clicked write

The drive does not work work now (Sucking)

I wonder why it gave me a key when i clicked there ????

Any1 have any suggestions?

Ok for BenQ, Samsung only use the MTKFlash Tab, and do you have a copy of your original firmware or key? If you do then you can just flash that in. If you don't, then you are out of luck my friend.

If you really wanted to there is a tool called the Infectus extractor. It's kind of a pain to use but it might be worth it for you. It'll will actually read the DVD key from the 360's bios. modchip.ca sells them and there's a few tutorials on xbox scene.

I have actually heard that you can no longer pull the key from the board even using an Infectus.
