Help flashing Benq

Man I made a noob mistake.when in Iprep flashing upgradeing to 1.51 when asked to enter firmware update file I typed BenCFW.ben instead of .bin ,now Im at the C: prompt.what do I enter from there?

You can just type in the fben commands again.
