liteon flashing using iprep

is it a requirment to use the rs 232 cable to flash the liteon drive or can i just use the usb cable that came with xecuter v3 pro?

iprep you have to use the rs232 cable
jungle flasher you can use the usb

If you really want to use iprep, you can get a serial port add on card. I have one that I installed on my dell that didn't have a com port and it works great with iprep. The only thing is there is a dos driver for the card that you have to put on your boot media and either run it everytime you boot to it, or you can edit the autoexec.bat file and have it loading from there. Other than that they work great.

I went ahead and used jungle flasher & followed your tutorial didnt take 10 min to do the job
