Xbox360 HDD not found...

I have a older 360, it was a core system. I purchased years a go the20gig drive for it, then soon after that I found the XSATA from Datel. I've never used the XSATA much, and I've never had any issues with it. Just a couple of weeks ago, my 20 gig was down to 768MB, so I figured to get the 120GB... I'm too cheap topurchase a new one, so I opted to get a used one. The drive was formatted by the person who I received it from, I used XSATA to make an image, and everything went OK... When I recovered the data, XSATA restored it just fine, no problems...

I re-booted the 360, and no drive was found. I remeved the XSATA, and same thing. I called MS, and they told me to power the unit off, remove the drive, and power it on again. Wait until it loads all the way, and turn it off, and re-install the drive again.. No, it didn't work. Fine, I figured it was the Migraion kit that I needed, and received it today..

Well, I think it's obvious it didn't work, since I'm here writing about it.. The box was off, hooked it up as per instructions, and patiently waited an hour.. It took all the data fine, but the box refuses to find the drive.......... I was tempted to throw it out the window, run a semi over it, then do some inapproiate things that would involve me being arrested, and charged for manslaughter.... I'm going to keep at it, I'll just restore to my old drive and see if that works..

I did have success at the restore of the 20 gig, I don't know where to go with it now..
