Another Hitachi 79

First of all. The video's on this site are great. helped me flash my sammy drive. Thanks alot!
Now
I have a Stock never flashed Hitachi 79
trying to flash it to 1.51
Using a VIA vt6421A PCI Raid card
Iv been searching and reading but i need some help


Using JungleFlasher 0.1.55 Beta, I set it to Mode b...good
Unlock the drive using 79 unlock cd... good
Then go to make a dump using via WIN32 API, And i get the below message.
It wont let me pick PortIO I tried a manual install And get this.
Iv got a good understanding on the rest, Just need to get past this point.

I (and many other people) have the same problem dumping/flashing hitachi's with Jungle Flasher...

I would get it in mode b and unlocked with JF, then go for Firmware Toolbox 4.8. The drive is seen by the PC, your problem is with JF. I get the exact same thing each time...

I would have thought FWT would have been your answer

Yeah , for all hitachi's I use FWT...
