I guess I have to Buy a NEW DRIVE. A lil Help plz.

Thank you all you guys who helped me out. I guess I just have a "weak" or "bad" drive. It still plays the originals, but with how much $$$ & money I've put into flashing it, I want to try with another drive.

I want to order a new one now, & i have a couple questions.

1. Where do I order one from for a good price??

2. I have a Phillips benQ in my xbox right now. Does it have to be the same one??

3. What is the best drive / easiest drive to flash??

4.. Is it just plug in & play??

no but it makes it easier to do if its the same dvd drive you dont have to spoof the firmware

i would say the v28 samsund or the benq drive

the key from your orig dvd drive will have to be put in the new dvd drive firmware
or ot will not work.

That one will work, and with free shipping you really can't beat it.

No, it's just as easy as flashing your drive normally there's just one extra step. And with the new jungle flasher 1.55b it will do it for you automatically if you have the firmware you need saved in the correct folder for JF. It's just a matter of selecting your original drives firmware as source and spoofing it's key to the Samsung's hacked firmware then flash the hacked firmware to the samsung. If you need any extra help just let us know.

That drive should work just fine. Spoofing isn't hard at all. Some people get confused with it, but it's not hard at all. If your going to try with a new drive, then wait till you get it in and let us know and we'll help you out with the spoofing.
