Hitachi 59 Flashing

I try flashing a hitachi 57 today 3 times' it said it flash o.k, when i tested it it wouldnt read the back up game' but it still played the original game' I use jungle flasher, ck3, and iam on a via' with-out driver' I did put it to mode B' open tray' Any suggestions?

my first thought is it might be the disc you're using. if its reading originals then i'm assuming you flashed it correctly, so it should read backups. what type of disc you using?

This is my 2nd xbox i have a few games on verbatim and they work fine on my other xbox'' i did a few lite-ons and 1 samsung but this 1 got me

just wanted to let anyone know if you ever run into this problem with toshiba or hitachi'
it was a 'Open Tray Fix' this is like the 3rd time i try to ask for help but seams i dont get it' anyways'
POT CALIBRATION is what you need to do' search it' will come up on the web' now it works like a charm'

easy b, first off a pot fix should be ya last resort hence the initial question of what type of media do you use and second off you got to be patient. it's unrealistic to think someone is going to hit you back immediately. . . theres a lot going on the playground. just be patient, the staff is more than willing to help. glad you got it sorted out though. deuces!

zelda could you make a short tutorial of your settings for using jungleflash an via for lg 59 that is my setup all info would be great

I am experiencing the same problem. Used Jungle flasher 1.51 key checks out flashing say s OK but It will not play backups only originals. I get open tray status on backups. Using Verbatium discs dumped at 4X, burned at 2.4x. I have flashed a Liteon and Samsung and the backups work just having trouble with Hitachi 59.

The older hits are fussy when it comes to media, I had a 59 last week that would only play backups burned to printable dl's, don't know why, but that's all it would play. As with you guys origs played fine. The POT tweak may remedy this, but only temporarily...
