Downloading and burning games from Newsgroups

It's a risk because you've no idea what the image has been injected with. It's possible to change the stealth files in a minute undetectable way through the means that we have, but still be detected through xbox live. So, if someone wanted to be malicious and get people banned from live, what better way to deliver a payload that via download?

Now before you ask, Who would want to do such a thing? I could think of a few, Microsoft for one, game developers for another.
