the pro will dump with both a usb cable or a rs232 9 pin com cable
the lite just does the com cable ,but it comes with it.

what power source does the CK3 use?

a pc at power supply from a pc
just a normal molex plug

For power I actually use a AC adapter that has a Molex connector for output pushing the same voltage you would see coming from your PC's power supply. They're about 15 bucks on ebay.

if you dont wana buy a power source take the side off your comp and d/c your cd drive if that molex you wont need that drive while flashing your 360 drive
