About 5 minutes into backuping a a game, my xbox turns off. Im powering my Benq from the box. Was curious if it has something to do with the original sata not being attached to anything. This happens w/ or w/out a game in. I just have the power cord plug in/ no av cord. Is there a cable or a fix for this. When im not backin up it plays media fine. thx

Try again with the AV cable plugged into the back of the 360.

i had to have my av when i was flashing my old Benq drive when powering the drive via 360 kept turning off when the av wasnt in

If you really want to continue using your 360 to backup a game, I would tell you to get the Blaster 360 V1, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

i would jus say get the ck3 pro man its so much easier i had so many probs when trying to use the xbox for power then i invested in the ck3 pro and all my probs went away now i flash an xbox in 20 mins or less...but yea when i did use the xbox for power i always had the av plugged in so like commando said give that a try
