Hi Everyone! I'm a to this forum, but not at all new to the modding scene. I did come across a problem while burning my back up iso files, and thought I would as for help.
I looked at tons of tutorials online about burning games using ImgBurn. I especially likes the tutorial I found for it on this Robinhood's PG site. I followed everything exactly, the burning process seemed to go by just fine (took about 40 minutes to burn the game.) When I try to play the game on my flashed xbox 360, it reads the game but comes up as "mixed data cd" on the desktop and it doesn't load the game or allow me to access the content on the desktop. My xbox 260 has a flashed liteon drive with the latest ixtreme firmware (it actually got bricked when I flashed it using Jungle Flasher, but I was able to recover it using DOSFlash and CoFree's recover tutorial), and I know it was flashed correctly as it plays burned movies just fine.
Was there sometime I missed during the burning process in ImgBurn? I followed the step by step tutorial on here exactly as far as changing the layer break settings and all, and used a good quiality dual layer dvd.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
I forgot to mention, I burned the game using the .iso file and not the .dvd file. Does this matter? Cofree's tutorial says you can use either one. Since I didn't have the .dvd file I used the .iso file.
Thanks for any help given!

well manmagicprincess707 wrote:I know it was flashed correctly as it plays burned movies just fine.
that dont mean anything
a dvd drive with a bad flash will play a dvd movie
the question is will it play a orig game.

The only time i have had a game give me the mixed data error
my iso was bad because of anydvd(a copyright breaker app

run the iso you have in abgx360 and see what it says.
no it dont mattermagicprincess707 wrote:I burned the game using the .iso file and not the .dvd file. Does this matter?

Keep in mind man
We here at RHPG dont support backups that are made from downloaded iso.
The only support we will give will be from a in hand orig dump.

Re: Need Help Burning Back up iso files
The drive plays original games just fine, and the reason I mentioned that the drive plays burned movies is because it never played them before I flashed it.
I will try to make an orignal back up again and see what happens. I'll let you know if I have any luck this next time around.
Thanks!
