How to use DosFlash 32

Can any one link me to a tutorial on how to use DosFlash 32 for samsung, benq, and lite-on ? Also will my PC freeze on any of these drives if I do use Dos Flash 32 ? I couldn't find any tuts, I'd appreciate the help, thanks!.
