I havent ever gotten anyone too hard to understand with M$, but SURE have with dell. (My buddys comp is dell, and I have had to call a few times...)

The best is when you got a problem and they telling you something else which has nothing at all to do with it, they just wana get you off phone as quick as possible. Wonder if they get some kind off bonus for as many calls as they answer???
