ok man
after you put in
dsam 1234567 12345 and hit enter.if you are not seeing
"xtreme pri master" and the number you will need to hit.then you would start the 10 sec trick. the the computer is not seeing the drive.

Do not try to fsam untill you know you have a good dump.you can/will end up bricking your drive.

This is what I get. i've tried the 10 sec trick, though I thought that was only for the MS28. But anyways. I always get the same error message, as shown above.

yep

the computer is not seeing the drive for some reason
watch the video good
http://www.robinhoodsplayground.com/for ... =110&t=401
after you put in dsam 1234567 12345
it will list the drives it can see.
it MUST see xtreme pri master
if it does not list it it dont see your drive.

the "xtreme pri master " is your 360 dvd drive.

well check this

make sure the sata card is a via6421a
move the sata card to a different pci slot
put the sata cable in a different sata port on the card
try a different sata cable
try a different sata card.
try both to boot off of a flash and a floppy
if all that dont work then about the only thing left is do the same thing on a different computer.

when you get it to show you xtreme pri master you are there

Well, I have officially tried everything and nothing works. But the 360 still works with orig. files so I have patched it up and I will let it rest for now.
I just wanted to thank you Cofree for all your help. I am truly thankful and impressed over how helpful you have been to me. It is highly appricicated. Many thanks from Norway :)
And I'll be back in a couple a months, ready with a new one, or to give this one a new go.

Hi. I am really impressed with how helpful you are, I must say!
But now I sold the old one, with my bought games that I am sick of, and got the same amount that it costed me to buy a new one. So now I have a XBOX 360 ARCADE HDMI 175W Falcon. I've read around in here, and I think that is good? With a BenQ dvd drive I guess (have'nt gotten it yet). So after the weekend I'll give it a go. But I am a bit affraid to run in to more problems. Should I buy a connectivety kit or something, or is it easy to do? How hard is the Benq comparedto the TS ms25?
I'll read alot this weekend, and when I get it I will let you know how it goes, or if it does'nt work I will bug you for more help :)

I have received this error once before and all I did was boot into windows to see if the backup folder was in my USB. I went back into the command prompt and then tried to type dSam 1234567 12345 and the setup worked. I have never tried to use a floppy before, because they are unreliable. Also try to go into your computers BIOS settings to make sure your floppy is your main Boot device and reboot your computer. Type dSam 1234567 12345 exactly how i put it and it should work. That's what worked for me. The floppy is so unreliable. I tried to mod and xbox with a floppy back when I had my old computer and it never worked. LOL.. let us know what happens.

Ok. I have sold that box to a friend. So I wont try anymore on it, sort of gave it up. But thanks for the advice:)
but... I am sitting here reeeally red in the face.. found out I am an idiot that have'nt read enough! As I see it, I need DVD+R DL, NOT DVD-R DL.. wich is the only thing I have tested! So, I have bought my self a lot of DVD+R DL's now. And I will test them when I get them in the mail, wich probably will be on monday or something. But, I tested with an original xbox game.. I have heard those will work if I flash my 360. Is that correct? I have all along thought I flashed it once u see, I got the dump, and the flash and the 0bank 1 bank etc.. Oh lord I feel stupid if I have made it, and just used the wrong dvds

I would say you are correct. I've only known one person to try dvd-r DL disks, and they didn't work for them.

xbox1 original disks, yes, as long as they are on the backwards compatibility list and you have installed the backwards compatibility update that puts that game on the list it should.
