Help!!

I think i have screwed my xbox360! I need a little help. I was using 360 Modification Disc v1.52 by FrostyTheSnowman, and it stop at the reading of the firmware (keyaboard would not work) so i reboot the pc. it then did part 2 and said it can not find the org.bin but it still went ahead and earase the firmware so i reran the program and all work. but now the xbox wont read anything it just comes up with th elittle video "pleas put disc into a xbox30" ... help plz

Think the disc creates a folder on your c: drive root with the dumped files in. Check to see if it has, if not then i'm sorry mate but it may be game over for your console.

O bugger...no it did not...it did when it reflashed but i dont this will work. How do i use those files to find out?

Can i get it repaired in anyway?

Has it been flashed before and if so have you got a copy of the original firmware or even the cfw with a valid key on your pc? If not and its been overwritten with an invalid key its kaput mate.

K. No it has not been flashed before. I can get a new drive or it simple game over....


Can I get a new key?

For next time...how do i get my keyaboard to work after it has read the firmware?

Game over. Sorry mate i know it's a downer. Maybe sell the parts and put the money towards a new console.


Edit: No the key matches up to your motherboard.

Haven't used the modification disc but i wasn't aware that the keyboard stops working. More of an iprep fan. Nearly sure that it shouldn't have stopped responding though. The next time i'd maybe use either iprep or Jungleflasher.

And this story did not end there........

Well this story did not end there. My xbox decided to give me the E74 error messaged. So i thought about it for a bit and then log the error with ms thinking they might fix they might not. Well after 10days they return it. I put it togther and yes it ran all my games including my backups (including wave 3)!!! Yeppie I love MS!!!

So the story ending with a happy message!

(PS what the hell do they do it the drives!! Got the same one back as I sent, They only changed the motherboard) My mate had the same thing. It came back from ms and it still work with some back ups!! Any ideas???

Well they would have to relflash the drive with the new firmware and key, so they probably dumped the firmware changed the key and reflashed not realizing that the hacked firmware was on there.
