Upgrade lite-on to 1.6
i already modded my xbox 360 with 1.51, now if i want to upgrade to 1.6 do i have to go through the whole process again starting from extracting key and so on?

its the same process as 1.5 - 1.51
make sure you use the lite-on repack firmware
before you erase or flash dump the key a few times to make sure you have a good key

Yes it is the same process as before. Just make sure that you rename the Lite-on firmware if you are using Jungle Flasher.
The new name would be LiteOn_iXtreme-THX_v1.6.rar
