Do you find the ixtreme 1.6 confusing

well ive looked around the site but no good results of the ne FW but i kind of find the new ixtreme 1.6 confusing the 1.6 comes with a video file and its not the same as others what should i use RHPG's iprep v9 or JF any sugestions or ideas i will begin to watch some tutorials as soon as they are out thanks guys

if you use iprep it will flash in just the same

The image file that comes with the firmware is for putting the drive into 0800. It's for booting non-stealth patched games, and also for using your drive to rip games.

And, if you're using Jungleflasher you'd need to manually load the ixtreme into your target, and click spoof source to target. It takes like an extra 5 seconds. It's no big deal. Otherwise it's the same thing.

I used JungleFlasher 1.6 and found it just the same.

I dont use the image to put the drive into 0800 mode because I use a kreon drive to dump my 360 games.

So the flashing method using JF was more or less the same.
