Cant flash samsung ripping drive with new ripping firmware any ideas guys im using sfdnwin and new 0800 iextreme fware but says an error file open fail(no flash file)!! 32768b 1600kb 132cmd any idea guys

Ehh? Sorry but if i've read it right you're trying to flash the 0800 firmware into a 162D?? If you are STOP as the 0800 firmware is designed for the xbox 360 samsungs/Benq's and Liteons (with Hitachi to follow). You need Kreon firmware for the 162/3 series of drives.

The 0800 firmware that was just released is for the Xbox 360 drives, not the commerical Samsung SH-D163B/A drives. Like Dale said you'll need the kreon firmware for your drive. Which you can get on Xbins. Also it should be noted that you may have to first flash your drive with an earlier version of the kreon before going to the latest one.
