new crap happening at game stop

so i bought a 360 games last week

i failed to realize that i already had it in my collection cause i have 142 games. HARD TO KEEP TRACK

so i take it to game stop to trade it in for instore credit.

the game is NPPL CHAMPIONSHIP PAINTBALL 2009

they would not take it because it was not open yet. so i asked why? they said they would not take it because they couldnt give me the (USED) trade in value.

They are not allowed to buy back sealed products. If you have a reciept and its within policy then they can do a return/refund .

Indeed, they cant buy sealed products in case the game is stolen. (Or so I was told when the same thing happened to me a few months ago)
