Flashing a hit79 drive is pretty much the same as flashing any other hit drive. The one difference, is that you need to insert the 79 unlock cd after you switch into mode B. You can download the iso for the 79 unlock on this site in the downloads section.
I always use Jungleflasher, it's worked out pretty well for me.
