Does the R4 chip work on the new DSI??

ive seen that but thats for a DS not the new dsi. I have a few r4 chips just wanted to know if its a waste of mony getting a DSI if they wont work

yes r4i works good on the dsi
but
you have to make sure you dont get a clone.

I was able to save all her games and game saves from her old Cyclo DS mod card and copy them over to the new R4i
