Need Help Hitachi 59 "Ram Upload Dump Failed"

Okay, so I feel like Ive read every tutorial, watched every video, and even searched through forums such as this one until my eyes could bleed and still am no closer to a solution or even answer to what in Gods name is wrong with my poor hitachi. It still plays DVD's and Original games so its not bricked but.....well just look at the jungle flasher info and maybe you can give some advice or help with the subject.

This is a 32 bit process running on a 32 bit CPU
PortIO is installed and running.

Any clue to what could be wrong? Everytime since the above message it just fails the starting flash dump when I try to flash it. ANY help on this subject would be greatly appreciated since I jumped the gun and burnt a mess of back-ups that are just killing me not to try out.

Are you using a via card? If so are your drivers disabled?

I had mine enabled (I was playing around with my xbox HDD) and had forgot to disable them before flashing, and I got all kinds of errors... Dump errors, write errors etc...
