0002 error help pleaseeeeee!!!

i got a xbox 360 that is modded then i decided to update the patch for it then the worst happen i got the 3 red ring now i tested to see what exactly is wrong with it and i found it to be an 0002 error can someone please help me witht this???can i repair this if so how and what are my options...can i get a xbox360 and just swap the drive to another xbox or what pleaqse really if someone can help me i greatly appreciate it thanks take care...

i think that has something to do with the ethernet port. not 100% sure research up on that

0002 Network Interface problem

Primary Errorcode 3 red lights 3 RLOD
E-Code / Secondary Errorcode - (no Audio/Video) / 0002
Known fixes:
1) Replace any broken capacitors/mosfets etc. or get rid of something that is shorting out in the CPU area.
2) X-Clamp replacement(CPU)
3) Reflowing the solder with a heatgun
Concentrate on the CPU.
Related Errors:

Description:
This error code is caused by a cold solder joint under the CPU or by a problem with the way it is powered(blown mosfet, capacitor or a short)
According to xbox-scene it is also a problem with the ethernet chip but I doubt that this is true.

you can always try your luck in sending it back to m$ the worst that can happen is they will just send it back not fixed. as the RROD fix doesnt work for every 1 also if it does that might only hold out for a short time

As for any local place that will fix it, some electronics places offer xbox fixes in my area, you may want to check those out.

Also, you can go on craigslist for your local area and look for modders, then contact them and see if they may be able to fix this.

The board itself is the xbox. Thats what you pay for when you buy one (and I guess the $30.00 drive).

The problem with that is where are you going to find a new board? If you do find one, you will need to make sure there is a drive included with it &/or the drive key.

Well gut swapping is kind of illigal. Its basically a scam...

When you send it to M$ they check it, and if they approve it, thats their fault.
