Cant get JF to reconize hitachi drive

I posted some help on how to spoof a 47 to a 79 i got everything going and completed it. but when i went to plug it back into the 360 i got one red light in the far rt corner and no video or audio.
This is what i did
I dump 79 Fw then flashed with ixtreme 1.51
save both Fw
clicked on flash key sector
pluged in 47 and dumped and flashed with 1.51
saved both Fw
then clicked flash spoof data
when set hitachi id strings
under current and spoofed as i had put the 47 when i think i should have put the 79 model
I was going to just start over but now i cant get the hotachi drive to show up in JF or be reconized by my pc
can anyone HELP

When the xbox is turned on does the drive open/close, and does the middle light blink?

If the drive opens, then the firmware is ok, it's just the OSIG string (spoof data) that's incorrect. I don't see why the drive wouldn't be recognised now if the flash was successful. I would give firmware toolbox a try, see if that finds the drive. You'll need to use 79Unlock.exe (which can be found here if JF doesn't see the drive...

Even if you can't get the drive working again, the most important thing is that you have a good key from your original drive. With that you can get any drive working...

Yes the drive will still open and close
No the center light dose not blink so know there is some Fw there
your exactly right i entered the wrong OSIG string
Ill try toolbox do you have a quick tut on how to read the drive using toolbox
