im working on a hitachi 47jd about three weeks ago i did one with jf and everything went smooth and it worked i just tried one today and my computer keeps on crashing after i send the mode b i tried it about 4 times and 4 times its crashed ehat could it be my settings? any help would be appreciated im using a vista 32 bit thanks

Thats weird your PC would crash while sending mode b.

It sounds a bit like your comp is having trouble communicating with your via card, causing it to crash. Do you have via drivers installed? Are they disabled? What version are they?

Also, do you have an xp machine you could use?

Right click my computer, and go to manage, then go to deivce manager, and look for Raid controller's and expand that, then look for your via card, and see if it has an exclamation mark on it. I doubt it does, but once you find it right click it and go to properties, it should then say what driver version you have.
