I bought a SATA PCI card

is this the right one to flash my lite-on?
Also, to make a probe is it really as simple as a needle and some cable?

Yeah it's a doddle: viewtopic.php?f=101&t=3967" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I'm using an old multimeter probe wired into the 11 wire and it's never failed but a straightened safety pin or similar will work just as good.

How very dare you ignore all the time and effort it took to me to splice a wire into the ck3..It took at least 3 minutes..Go and sit on the naughty step until i forgive you.
But yeah it's that simple and saves you 10 bucks/quid to spend on bubblies and pop...Err i mean on man's tools and hammers and stuff...
